Setting Up a New Bill Form

Bill Forms are used as saved formats for sending customers ad-hoc bills. 

  • Most billing statements are handled through BMS statements or Online-BillPay and do not require setting up a Bill Form.
1. Select System Tools > Database Setup > Customer and Billing > Bill Forms.

2. Select 'New'.

3. Enter Name and Description.

4. Select the format.



5. Enter Subject and Message if desired.



6. 'Save'.
