Local Settings

Change PasswordĀ 


Go to System Tools > Local Settings > Change Password.

Type in the old Password.

Enter the new Password and confirm the new Password.

Save when finished.Ā 

User SettingsĀ 


Go to System Tools > Local Settings > User Settings.Ā 

User Settings will default to the Company Settings. However, changes made within the User Settings will only affect these Settings for the specified User and will not affect other Users' interfaces.

Home Page Grid configures layout of the Home Pag.

Area 1 through Area 6 can be updated to display quick access glances of the desired Function Tabs. If the option in the dropdown says "large", it will utilize both the top and bottom squares.Ā Ā 



Below is a list of each screen that can be displayed on the personal Home Page:

Select the Home Page Shortcuts to set up personal Shortcuts.

Display Settings

Main: Select the main color of the background for the Accu-Trax application.Ā 

Secondary: Pick a second color for the background of the Accu-Trax application. If selected, the two colors will function as a gradient.

Theme: Pick a theme for how buttons will look. The default is set to light.Ā Other options are below:

Font: Change the font in the app to be any of the below options:

Input Active/Inactive: Change the Input field background color. Inactive color is how the field boxes appear by default (not editable). Active is how the field boxes appear when they are editable.

Grid Theme: This will change the color of the grids between lines on screens similar to the Transactions screen.Ā

- Green

- Orange

Post Transaction Settings




Stop on Reference: Checking this checkbox will have the Tab button function (pressing Tab to move to the next box) stop on the Reference box.

Default Split Focus: Select the desired Default Split from the options below:
- Auto Split Button
- First Site
- Done Button
- Transactions ButtonĀ 
Default Auto Split: Checking this checkbox will default to the above select form of Auto Splitting.

Auto Advance Account: If enabled, the Post Transactions screen will automatically advance to the Account Number input box when the previous Transaction is entered.

Auto Advance Amount: If enabled, the Post Transactions screen will automatically advance to the Amount input box when the Account Number is entered.

Accessibility SettingsĀ 




Play Warning Sounds: Plays a sound when a warning message pops up.

Allow Flashing Animations: Enables animations (such as barcode scanning) for visual aid that notifies of a completed action.
