The Main Screen
NOTE: The Main Screen layout has changed slightly in newer version of Accu-Trax Office. However, the functional areas are still the same.
Main Menus
These menus allow access to the many functions and reports that are not included in the Function Tabs.
Aging Buckets
Each row indicates how much is owed by the selected account, based on the age of each unpaid transaction. Aging bucket values are based on full months, rather than actual days. For example, if the current month is December, all invoices dated in November will be included in the 30-60 balance field.
Upcoming Charges
These fields show how much the customer is slated to be charged for each of the next three calendar months. Only anticipated charges will be displayed here; nothing that has already been posted will be included, even if it is part of normal billing.
Function Tabs
Home - A customizable, at-a-glance view of the currently-selected account's information.
Services - Track all addresses where the customer is receiving service, what those services are, and which routes provide those services.
Transactions - Record service charges, payments, fees, extras, and credits.
Comments - Add custom text, pop-up memos, and informational tags to a customer account.
Customer Contacts - Record any interactions with the customer.
Other Information - Extra space for user-defined customer info, including sensitive information that requires encryption.
Route Activity - Track Route Events from Accu-Trax Navigator, and log Extras and No Can Out events.
Rolloff - Manage logistics for dropboxes, including delivery, pickup, disposal, and any associated charges.
Online-Billpay - Direct links to the customer's Online-Billpay account, as well as a summary of their OBP registration & autopay statuses.
Scheduler - Create and manage contracts with complex, rule-based schedules.
Command Buttons
These buttons offer basic ways of interacting with the selected account, as well as navigating between accounts.
Symbol Reference
General
Help Button – Click this button to access the full Accu-Trax Help Guide.
Info Icon – Indicates that there is more information available, or that a status is scheduled to change to another. Hover over the icon for more details.
Connection Icon – Indicates whether or not a computer was online when Accu-Trax was opened. Accu-Trax does not require an Internet connection in order to function, but some features may be restricted, such as Customer Emails.
Service & Address Status Icons
– Indicates that the service or address has been stopped.
– Indicates that the service or address has been scheduled to stop, but the stop date has not yet passed. Services/addresses in this state can still have their stops canceled.
– Indicates that the service or address in question has been canceled before it could become active. A canceled service or address will never generate transactions or be counted in system statistics.
– Indicates that the service or address in question has been scheduled to start, but has not yet become active. Services/addresses in this state can still be canceled in their entirety.
- No Icon - Indicates that the service or address in question is currently active.
