Canceling a Roll Off Ticket
If only minor changes need to be made, consider making a clone of the ticket first. NOTE that you CANNOT cancel a ticket after it has generated charges.
1. Open the Original Ticket from the Roll Off Tab.
2. Click the Ticket Button in the upper-left corner of the Manage Roll Off Ticket Window:
3. Select Cancel Ticket from the drop down menu:
A ticket cannot be canceled after it has generated charges.
4. A confirmation will ask to confirm that cancellation of the ticket: click Yes to cancel the ticket. Please NOTE that canceling a ticket will also cancel any future tickets in the same ticket chain.
