Setup Scheduler Services

Scheduler Services are specific services attached to Scheduler Types.

Setting Up a New Scheduler Service

1. Select System Tools > Database Setup > Services & Transactions > Scheduler Services.

2. Select the Scheduler Type from the top dropdown menu.

3. Select 'New'.

4. Enter Name and Description.

5. Check the 'Default Service' box if applicable.

6. Enter Simple Rate if applicable:

'Save' or select Tier Rate if necessary.

6.1 Select Tier Rate:

NOTE: Tier Rates can have multiple levels with different rates.
a. Select Level 1 and enter the 'to' number for examples 1-3

b. Enter the Rate Amount.

c. Add Level and repeat for the second Level if necessary. Repeat for as many Levels as needed.

d. Enter a Minimum Charge amount.

e. Enter a Test Quantity number to confirm the rate is adjusting correctly.

8. 'Save' once completed.
