Creating/Editing Scheduler Services 


Adding a New Service 


1. From the desired Contract, open the "Services" tab.

2. Click the "Add Service" button. The New Scheduler Service screen will pop-up. 



3. Select a Service from the Service Dropdown menu and fill in any other information for the New Service.

"Order" determines the order in which this Service will display compared to other Services on the Contract.

The "Simple Rate" tab sets a single rate for each unit that is collected. 

The "Tier Rate" allows the user to create a tiered pricing schedule. Add a Tier by clicking "Add Level". The first column of fields controls the item quantities that fall under each tier. The second column of fields controls the per-item pricing for each tier



Use the "Test Quantity" field at the bottom to ensure an accurate calculation.

Modify an Existing Service 

1. From the desired Contract, open the "Services" tab.

2. Right-click the desired Service for modification and click "Edit Rate".



3. The Edit Scheduler Service window will open. Make any required edits then click "Save" to finish.



Remove a Service 

1. From the desired Contract, Open the "Services" tab.

2. Right-click the desired Service for deletion, and click "Delete Scheduler Service".



3. A banner will pop-up asking whether to confirm the Service's removal. Click "Yes" to confirm.
