Posting Scheduler Tickets


Posting Tickets

All tickets are posted from the Post Scheduler Tickets screen 

1. To open the Post Scheduler Tickets screen, select Scheduler > Post Tickets from the menu.



2. Tickets may be opened in one of two ways:

Type the Ticket # into the field and press the Tab or Enter key.



Double-click the ticket from the list below.

3. The Ticket Details screen will open. Enter the Quantity of each item that was affected.



Click the "Add" button to add one of the selected item types. The Amount will be calculated automatically based on the pricing for that Service.

Any field may be edited by double-clicking it.

Custom item types may be added by double-clicking the blank line below the final listed item.

Any item can be deleted from the list by highlighting the row and pressing the Delete key.
4. Click "Post Ticket" to finish. Charges will be saved to the respective Customer's record.


Edit Posted Tickets

1. From the Contract where the ticket originated, open the "Tickets" tab and click on the desired ticket.



2. The Item, Quantity, and Amount that was initially recorded will be displayed in the Ticket Details pane. Click "Edit" to open the Edit Ticket window.



3. From the Edit Ticket window:

Similar to initially posting the Ticket, all fields may be edited by double-clicking the field.

Add new charges by clicking "Add Charge".

Remove existing charges by highlighting the charge and clicking "Delete Charge". 
4. Click "Save Changes" to finish
