Setup Route Info

This is where the different Routes are set up. Input the Route #, which days the Route runs, Driver, Truck, Facility, Material, Start/End Time, and more.

Setting Up a New Route

1. Select System Tools > Database Setup > Company Maintenance > Routes.

2. Select 'New'.

3. Enter 'Route' number.

4. Select the first Day the Route will start by selecting (Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat).

NOTE: Days that the service does not run will have a line through them:

5. Check the Checkbox to make that Day Active for this route.

6. Enter any necessary information below the checkbox.

7. Select any Category for the Route (Services, [Cart] Delivery, Roll Off, Scheduler).

8. Repeat steps 4-6 for each day the route runs.

9. 'Save'.

Editing a Route

1. Select the desired Route to edit.

2. Select the 'Edit' button.

3. Edit information as needed.

4. 'Save'.
