Adding Extra Service Dates


1. Access the Extra Service Dates editor through System Tools > Database Setup > Company Maintenance > Holiday Dates.

2. Choose the 'Extra Service' tab.



NOTE: At this point items can be Filtered by 'Service Area', by 'Item Type', or both.

In addition, there is a Week filter for 'Weekly', 'Odd', or 'Even' weeks.
3. Once those criteria have been chosen, pick the desired Date and click 'Add' at the bottom of the pane.

4. Only the 'Date' needs to be changed, the other criteria will remain as specified.


NOTE: There is a 'Grid View' and 'Calendar View'.

Remove Old Dates

On the upper pane there may be older dates that can be deleted.

  • Choose the Date and select the 'Remove' button.

Change Holiday Date

NOTE: When creating Holidays, always make sure to create the last day that will be switched first. I.e., If the Holiday is Thanksgiving and switching Thursday-Friday and Friday-Saturday is desired, create the switch for Friday-Saturday then the switch for Thursday-Friday. Otherwise, Accu-Trax will not overwrite a day that already has a scheduled service.
1. System Tools > Database Setup > Company Maintenance > Holiday Dates.

2. Choose the 'Holiday' tab.



NOTE: There is a 'Grid View' and 'Calendar View'.
3. The Original Date will be the date of the Holiday.

  • As an example, if Christmas falls on a Monday, the New Date will be the date that the service will be picked up, December 26th, and the Old Date will be December 25th.
4. Once the Dates have been picked, select 'Add'. 

5. From the 'Grid View', each date is listed. 



6. From the 'Calendar View', each Original Date will be bolded.
