Setup Fuel Locations

Fuel Locations are best used in conjunction with Navigator.

It may help drivers to find an approved Fueling Location and which pumps are offered ('Diesel, Regular').

Setting up a Fuel Location

1. Select System Tools > Database Setup > Company Maintenance > Fuel Locations.

2. Select 'New'.

3. Enter Location Name.

3. 'Save'.

4. Select the newly created Fuel Location.

5. Select 'Edit'.

6. Select 'Edit Fuel Pumps'.

7. Select 'New'.

8. Enter Description and Fuel Type.

9. 'Save'.

10. Select 'New' to add additional locations.

11. Close when finished entering new Fuel Pumps.

12. 'Save'.

Editing/Deleting Fuel Location Pumps

1. Select the desired Fuel Location to edit.

2. Select 'Edit'.

3. Select 'Edit Fuel Pumps'.

4. Add 'New' to add additional pumps.

5. 'Delete Fuel Pump'.

Select the desired Fuel Pump to delete.

Select the 'Delete' button at the bottom of the screen.

This will populate a protection window. Select 'Yes' to delete the Fuel Pump.

Deleting the Fuel Location

1. Select the desired Fuel Location to delete.

2. Select 'Delete'.

3. This will populate a protection window. Select 'Yes' if you want to delete the Fuel Location.
