Setup Equipment Inspection
Create Inspection lists for Pre/Post Trip inspections on Equipment here.
Setting Up a new Equipment Inspection
1. Select System Tools > Database Setup > Company Maintenance > Equipment Inspection.
2. Select 'New'.
3. Enter a Title and Description.
4. 'Save'.
5. Select newly created Inspection.
6. Select 'Edit'.
7. Select 'Add Item'.
a. Enter Order.
b. Enter Title and Description.
c. Add.
d. Repeat Step 7 for additional parts to the inspection.
8. Save once finished.
Deleting an Equipment Inspection
1. Select the undesired Equipment Inspection.
2. Select 'Delete'.
3. This will populate a protection window. Select 'Yes' to delete the Inspection.
