Setup Landfills 

Keep track of all the Landfills that are used for dumping. If the Landfill has a set Rate, input that here to autofill when setting up Disposal Charges for Roll Offs.

Creating a New Landfill 


1. Select System Tools > Database Setup > Company Maintenance > Landfills.

2. Select 'New'.

3. Enter any necessary information.

  • The Rate Method will determine the Units by which the Rate will charge. If 'By Weight' is chosen, the Price Per Ton input box will be editable. If 'By Volume' is chosen, the two Yardage Rate input boxes will be editable.
  • Per Event Fee is a base fee that always applies whenever a Landfill Event is triggered, regardless of the price of the Disposal Charge and regardless of the Roll Off Service Disposal Base Fee (see Creating a Roll Off Service for more information).



4. Geocode the Landfill's location for visual representation.

5. 'Save'.

NOTE: Click the 'Report' button in the bottom left to view a report of all the Landfill Events during a certain date range. Once the Date Range is select, hit the 'Submit' button to see the results. 

Editing a Landfill 


1. Select the desired Landfill to Edit.

2. Select 'Edit'.

3. Update the Information as needed.

4. 'Save'.
