Setup Event Types
Route Event Types are descriptions of unplanned Route Events, such as No Can Out, Off Week Collection, Out of Sequence, etc.
Setting Up a New Event Type
1. Select System Tools > Database Setup > Services & Transactions > Event Types.
2. Select 'New'.
3. Enter Type and Description if applicable.
4. Check the checkbox for 'Show on Bill' if this event should be displayed on a bill.
5. 'Save'.
Running the Report for Event Types
Run the Route Event Report by selecting 'Report' at the bottom left of the screen.
- This will display each Route Event Type with information like below:
