Creating Navigator Extra Items

Setup Navigator Extra Items 

Extra Items are items pick up in addition to scheduled service items.

  • These may be items like extra bags, oversized items, or other special items.
    • If drivers are consistently picking up extra items, it may be helpful to create an Extra Item to keep track of which additional items are being reported and charged for.

Setting Up a New Navigator Extra Item


1. Select System Tools > Database Setup > Services & Transactions > Navigator Extra Items.

2. Select 'New'.

3. Enter a Code, Description, and Amount for the Extra Item.


5. 'Save'.

Editing an Extra Item 


1. Select the desired Extra Item to Edit.

2. Select 'Edit'.

3. Update any necessary information.

4. 'Save'.
